History with Jackson was started in January 2021, by Jackson van Uden, as a way to bring up-to-date historical research to the public in an accessible and digestible way. We have brought history from before the dawn of civilisation to the COVID-19 Pandemic to life through the podcast and we have worked with companies such as Harper Collins, Head of Zeus and many many more to produce this content for our listeners!
Jackson van Uden is our founder, he is a Historian and Political Scientist who specialises in Totalitarian regimes. He has penned two books, 'The Crystallisation of Totalitarianism' and 'Dictators' and is currently writing 'Hitler vs Stalin' with Pen and Sword Military. His writing has appeared in popular history magazines such as 'All About History' and 'History of War'.
